Digital Marketing and Communications Officer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing and Communications Officer with knowledge in graphic design, copy writing, content marketing, SEO and overall understanding of the HR industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging content, comfortable speaking in front of a camera, and eager to experiment with new ideas to enhance our digital presence. As part of our team, you will contribute to a variety of projects, helping to communicate our brand's message through compelling visuals and engaging content across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for use across social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Act as an on-camera representative for our projects, effectively delivering key messages to our audience.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by planning and executing creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to explore new content ideas and formats that drive engagement.

Qualifications:

• Educational background, must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations.
• Must have a strong knowledge of graphic design, SEO including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and video production.
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new content formats and digital strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Overall understanding of the HR industry in Tanzania. East Africa would be an added advantage.
