Producer

We are looking for a Producer to join our in-house Digital and Content Production team.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end production processes across multiple markets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production projects end-to-end, from briefing to delivery across multiple markets
• Build and oversee production budgets, ensuring financial control and transparency
• Organize and coordinate shoots and post-production workflows
• Handle contracts, permits, and production-related administration
• Coordinate talents, schedules, and external vendors across markets
• Review briefs and prepare re-briefs to ensure clarity and alignment
• Support creative development and participate in productions when required
• Ensure production workflows, tools, and standards are consistently followed
• Act as a key contact during production phases across stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in a production environment (agency or production company)
• Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows, ideally in a multi-market setup
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Frame.io, or project management platforms is an advantage
