Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Commercialization & Readiness Manager to drive successful launches of innovative telecommunications and media solutions across its leading brands. In this role, you will own go-to-market planning, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure products are operationally ready, well positioned, and effectively adopted by dealers, OEMs, and consumers. You'll define launch requirements, timelines, and success metrics while partnering with product, marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product commercialization and go-to-market readiness for new telecom and media solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, operations, and support to deliver launch plans
- Define launch requirements, timelines, and success metrics; track and report on launch performance
- Develop positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement materials in partnership with marketing
- Assess market, customer, and competitive insights to inform launch strategies and product enhancements
- Create and maintain commercialization playbooks, processes, and best practices
- Ensure operational readiness, including pricing, packaging, training, and support workflows
- Identify and mitigate launch risks; drive continuous improvement of commercialization processes
