  • Maintain consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across all marketing materials, guest communications, social platforms, and on-property signage.

  • Collaborate with resort leadership, Food and Beverage, Events, and Sales teams to support promotional and experiential marketing needs.

  • Coordinate with Northview marketing partners and vendors as needed to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Campaign, Content, and Social Media Support
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, packages, events, and dining promotions across digital, social, email, and on-property channels.

  • Plan, create, and publish social media content that highlights the resort experience, amenities, dining, events, and seasonal offerings, in alignment with brand standards.

  • Monitor and engage with guests across social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content in a timely and professional manner.

  • Write, edit, and proof marketing copy for website updates, social posts, email campaigns, digital promotions, collateral, and menus.

  • Coordinate photography and video needs to support marketing campaigns and social storytelling.

  • Maintain content calendars and assist with asset organization and version control.

Digital and Guest-Facing Marketing
  • Assist with website content updates and promotional landing pages in coordination with revenue and digital teams.

  • Support email marketing and CRM initiatives designed to drive bookings, repeat stays, and guest engagement.

  • Ensure accuracy and brand consistency across third-party listings, destination partners, and social media platforms.

Reporting and Optimization
  • Track marketing performance metrics including campaign engagement, website traffic, email results, and social media performance.

  • Prepare basic reports and summaries to support ongoing optimization and planning.

  • Monitor online reviews and guest sentiment, sharing insights with resort leadership as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing brands.

  • Demonstrated experience managing brand-aligned social media accounts as part of a broader marketing role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms, social scheduling tools, and content management systems.

  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced resort environment.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting marketing for hotels, resorts, restaurants, or destination-driven brands.

  • Familiarity with hospitality CRM systems, reputation management platforms, and booking environments.

  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid digital advertising, and performance reporting.
