Marketing Officer

REPORT TO: College Head and Finance & Administration Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To implement marketing strategies to ensure Watershed College develops and maintains a strong market position and brand resulting in increased enrolments and retention and engagement with all stakeholders.

• Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Event Management for the College
• Design, Production and Photography
• Creation and management of the Alumni Database
• Admin support of the Parents Association

• Management of the College’s website and social media pages
• Generating promotional materials for school events and exhibitions
• Design and production of the school's magazine, newsletters & promotional fliers/brochures
• Providing marketing support for the school’s annual activities (Open days, Speech and Prize giving day, dinners, Founders’ day, Sport and Cultural events)
• Assistance with enrolment when required.
• The marketing officer will, from time to time, be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as may be reasonably required by management.

• ADegree in Marketing with previous experience in a similar marketing role.
• Design and photography skills. Computer proficient with relevant applications.
• Confident, driven and dynamic personality. Personable and presentable.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
