SAP Content & Demand Generation Lead

For our client we are looking for an SAP
Content & Demand Generation Lead with a strong background in B2B content strategy and demand generation campaigns, ideally within the SAP Successfactors / SAP HCM Space.

• Own and maintain the content calendar across formats (training materials, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts); translate subject-matter expert input into market-ready narratives and ensure consistent publishing cadence
• Manage posting cadence and quality across Linked In, You Tube, and the company website; develop and sustain a compelling thought-leadership voice
• Design and execute lead-generation outreach campaigns across Linked In and email channels; manage outreach sequencing, messaging cadence, and sequencing tools
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against defined KPIs; iterate on messaging and targeting based on data insights
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify inbound leads and close the feedback loop between content/messaging and pipeline conversion

• Exposure to SAP, Success Factors, or enterprise HCM domain; experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing
• Demonstrated B2B content creation experience — writing samples or published work required
• Proven experience running B2B demand-generation and outreach campaigns, including hands‑on use of sequencing/automation tools
• Working knowledge of Linked In and You Tube publishing, including basic platform analytics
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong written communicatio skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to different audiences
• High autonomy and self-starter mindset — able to manage multiple work streams with minimal oversight
