The role of Social Media Specialist is crucial for shaping and maintaining brand voice. This position involves more than just posting content; it focuses on building brand awareness, driving engagement, generating leads, fostering customer loyalty, and using data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies for both Chaparral and Robalo boat brands.

The Social Media Specialist will develop strategies to tell our brand stories across various platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube. They will create engaging content and manage campaigns. This role also includes engaging with our online community, supporting virtual events, and using social listening tools to monitor brand perception.

The ideal candidate is creative, an effective communicator, and has experience or a strong appreciation for the boating lifestyle and products.

• Understand and craft unique strategies for each boat brand recognizing the brand equity and product segmentation of each.
• Identify trends early and assess their alignment with the brand before incorporating them into the content strategy.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of platform dynamics by grasping how each platform disseminates content and leveraging each platform to its fullest potential.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to maintain a well-coordinated marketing content calendar.
• Develop and implement creative content strategies that align with the marketing goals and product launch plans.

• Source and update social media content with not only planned content capture events, but also user-generated, corporate, partner, and dealer assets.
• Maintain cohesive pinned content, highlights, and profile aesthetics.
• Assist in organizing and managing a digital asset library, ensuring all materials are easily accessible to our dealer network and media partners.
• Help with capturing and creating content with intentionality, including Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and product features.
• Write captions, post copy, and responses that reflect the brand's voice and uphold our quality standards.
