Children's Ministry Director - Dacula

• You are part one of one team taking ownership and responsibility for the care and keeping of this house. You stay willingand eager to serve in big and small ways, from welcoming guests to picking uptrash.
• Oversee operations of the following ministries at the Dacula campus:
  Nursery, Preschool, Elementary, VSN and VKCC
• Conduct parenting milestone workshops on a quarterly basis
• Impart and implement policies and procedures for Children’s Ministry
• Steward the ministries budget
• Pastoral duties including baptisms, marriage counseling andofficiating funerals
• Identify, coach/train and support all current and emerging leaders inthe ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
• Communicate regularly with all Department Heads on specificannouncements, trainings etc.
• Plan and prepare meetings with Leaders to encourage, train and impartleadership skills necessary to help maintain adult and youth volunteer base.
• Assist in the development of and communication of training materials and ministry policies and procedures.
• Maintain and purchase inventory of supplies and materials
• Lead Special Event Childcare team and oversee timecard accuracy forpayroll processing.
• Oversee the volunteer and staff scheduling as well aslessons/activities for all special events and meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with ministry leaders, regarding butnot limited to, parent expectations, challenges, etc.
• Plan quarterly meeting/refresher training with all workers andorientation for new workers.
• Oversee Resource Center.
• Provide oversight for Rock Database of volunteers and attendingchildren/families
• Check-In, maintain and support weekend data information regarding new volunteers, background checks
• Guide and direct the ministry's themes. In bothwhat is purchased and how it is installed
• Participateand lead kids areas mobile set up and tear down each weekend for Dacula Campus

• 5+ years full-time ministry experience in Children's ministry.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in a related environment.
• 2+ years of public speaking/teaching experience.

• Ability to work in Microsoft Office and Macintosh environment Mac& Microsoft software experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software
