Bi‑vocational Pastor
Responsibilities- Provide spiritual leadership, sound preaching, pastoral care, and community outreach.
- Lead all volunteers with integrity.
- Collaborate with church leadership in guiding the mission, strengthening discipleship, and applying revitalization principles.
- Oversee church administration in collaboration with the deacons.
- Called by God to lead a rural, conservative Southern Baptist congregation.
- Willfully embrace the Southern Baptist Faith and Message and its doctrine.
- Have a bi‑vocational background or ability to serve in a second paid role while fulfilling pastoral duties.
