America Votes is seeking a Get Out The Vote Lead for a full‑time, 2026‑cycle position in Georgia. The Get Out The Vote Lead plays a key role in the advancement of the progressive movement in the state, including supporting the growth, strategy, and effectiveness of coalition direct voter contact programs. The Get Out The Vote Lead will lead the America Votes Coalition partners and their planning and program implementation for the final phase of the 2026 electoral campaign.

We seek an individual with a combination of technical and political skills to join the team to manage these services and work with state partner groups and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to forge strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, and will demonstrate a commitment to fostering trust and respect with partner organizations. This position will also support program implementation and reporting across the state coalition, including working directly with America Votes partners and allies in Georgia to facilitate best practices and the incorporation of research‑tested tactics.
