Hiring Wage/Salary Range - $100,000-$115,000 or $110,000-$130,000 for SPO

Professional Experience/ Qualifications - A minimum of three years of experience in higher education fundraising, sales, non-profits, or related fields.

Education
- Bachelor's required.

Accountabilities
- Responsible for developing, cultivating and stewarding relationships with major gift prospects and donors as assigned to secure resources in support of Colgate's mission and campaign priorities and increase levels of engagement utilizing effective prospect qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies. Responsible for developing and executing strategies for solicitation that maximize the prospect's giving potential while aligning university priorities with donor intent.

Responsible for effectively accessing and navigating relevant technology systems used in advancement, and utilizing data as a resource in decision-making while maintaining respect for the security of private or confidential information. Responsible for developing strong working relationships with Office of Advancement colleagues, University administrators, faculty and staff to professionally address both opportunities and concerns. Accountable for meeting performance metrics established by the Office of Advancement.
