Youth Ministry Director at Fort Benning, Georgia

We provide incarnational ministry to military teens worldwide. As the leader of the Young Life Military program, known as Club Beyond, you will be the primary contact for teens, parents, chaplains, and local volunteers. Your role is to create a Christ‑centered, ecumenical community where teens can experience God’s love, build friendships, and develop resilience amid frequent relocations.

• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with military adults, teens, chaplains, and volunteer leaders.
• Model incarnational practices and lead outreach to unchurched teens, discipleship to Christian teens, and volunteers for middle and high school programs.
• Navigate high turnover caused by the military operational tempo, ensuring continuity of care for teens, families, and volunteers.
• Respect and embrace the culture of the military community.
• Live near the community where your ministry is located.

• A deep love for Christ and for lost teens.
• Strong communication skills with youths, parents, and senior military leaders.
• Teachable heart and willingness to grow.
• Three‑year commitment to the ministry.
• Minimum of three years’ youth ministry experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to raise part of the budget through personal support.
• Committed to a relational ministry approach.
• Energetic and proactive.
• Experience in small event planning.
• Willingness to live near the community where your ministry is located.
