Location: Leesburg
First Baptist Church of Leesburg is seeking a Student Pastor to lead and promote the church’s student ministries for grades 6–12. You will oversee the ministry’s mission, build relationships with students and families, and participate in community events.
The role requires a college degree or 4 years in student ministry leadership, with seminary preferred. You will work under the Senior Pastor and help develop programs, budgets, and outreach initiatives.
