Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual fundraising plans and campaigns to meet the organization's goals.
• Manage donor communications, including newsletter distributions, fundraising appeals, and annual reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the donor database and oversee data entry and gift processing.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for fundraising events.
• Leverage technology and social media where applicable to improve fundraising activities.
• Analyze campaign performances and generate detailed reports on each initiative.
