Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location)

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities
• Support professional growth through mentorship and preceptorship
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
• Comply with all client policies and code of conduct

• Must Have Skills :
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLs certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient‑and family‑centered care
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work Day Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast‑paced LTAC environment
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
