Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location)
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team
- Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum
- Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities
- Support professional growth through mentorship and preceptorship
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
- Comply with all client policies and code of conduct
Experience:
- Must Have Skills :
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) - BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- ACLs certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient‑and family‑centered care
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
- Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work Day Shift (for this specific role)
- Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast‑paced LTAC environment
- Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
