Certified Medication Aide - PRN Night​/Weekend Shifts

Location: Hartwell

Community Health Services of Georgia -  - Responsibilities:
Administer medications per physician orders (oral, ophthalmic, topical, otic, nasal, vaginal, rectal);
Administer insulin, epinephrine, and B12 per physician direction and guidelines;
Administer medications via metered dose inhaler;
Conduct finger stick blood glucose testing per guidelines;
Document medication administration/declination in resident records;
Store and dispose of medications properly;
Provide routine patient care (bathing, grooming, dressing) as needed;
Report changes to licensed nurse and health care provider
