What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the onsite medical team Coordinate daily healthcare operations within the facility

Ensure compliance with nursing standards and SHP protocols

Assist with patient care, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed

Serve as a reliable point of communication between nursing staff and facility leadership

Foster a culture built on accountability, professionalism, and teamwork

Qualifications:

Active Georgia LPN license

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment

Ability to lead with professionalism, fairness, and confidence

Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
