- Tach: +$2/hour
- Vent: +$3/hour
- Nights: +$2/hour
- Weekends: +$3/hour

Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines)
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and clean care environment
- Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- A minimum of one year of RN experience is required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization required
- Valid PPD skin test
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Ability to bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Fine motor skills for clinical tasks
