Registered Nurse PRN Med/Surg

Description
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed record of patient care provided.
  • Complete assessments and histories in a timely manner as outlined in the policy and procedures, review LPN assessments per policy and procedure.
  • Work with other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' plans of care.
  • Directs and/or supervises direct patient care performed by other nursing staff members.
  • Administers medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures, and standards of care set by the state board of nursing and other governing agency regulations.
    • Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in nursing.
  • Current Georgia RN licensure.
  • Current CPR, ACLS and PALS certification within 1 year of hire.
  • Six months to one-year experience or training; preferred.
  • The equivalent combination of education and experience.
