About the Role:

As a 1099 Contract Nurse with Delta Homecare
- Georgia, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and personalized nursing care services to patients in their homes, community, and resident settings. This is a  position that requires a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work independently, provide nursing care, and support patients in organizing their physical activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled visits and nursing care to patients in their homes, community, and resident settings

• Conduct supervisory visits to monitor patient care and provide guidance to caregivers

• Perform assessments, admissions, and insurance assessments as needed

• Develop and implement Careplans tailored to each patient's unique needs

• Collaborate with caregivers, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse through the Georgia State Board of Nursing

• At least two years of general nursing experience, with current home care, medical, surgical, or critical experience

• Complies with accepted professional standards and principles

• Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health

• Has presented a pre-employment physician's health clearance, including a negative TB skin test, current First Aid & CPR certification, and other tests as required by the Company's policy

• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Company requirements and is in good working order

• Excellent references from previous/current employers and/or professional peers

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines

• Willingness to help with skills test and competency test as needed
