- Maintain an accurate and detailed record of patient care provided.
- Complete assessments and histories in a timely manner as outlined in the policy and procedures, review LPN assessments per policy and procedure.
- Work with other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients’ plans of care.
- Directs and/or supervises direct patient care performed by other nursing staff members.
- Administers medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures, and standards of care set by the state board of nursing and other governing agency regulations.
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- Current Georgia RN licensure.
- Current CPR, ACLS and PALS certification within 1 year of hire.
- Six months to one-year experience or training; preferred.
- The equivalent combination of education and experience.
