Overview

Director of Nursing / Branch Director role will oversee the operations of our home health agency in Eastanollee, GA, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.

In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non‑clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.

• Supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.
• Be organized, detail‑oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem‑solve.
• Review plans of care daily, with excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines.
• Previous home health and management experience is beneficial.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one‑year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience strongly preferred.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.

• Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
