This full-time leadership opportunity offers the consistency of a Monday through Friday schedule while allowing you to step into a meaningful clinical leadership role within correctional healthcare. What You’ll Do- Coordinate daily medical operations and nursing workflow within the facility
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Oversee sick call processes and follow-up care
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, company policies, and facility procedures
- Ensure accurate documentation and assist with quality assurance initiatives
- Communicate effectively with providers, correctional staff, and facility leadership
- Help create a professional, organized, and patient-focused healthcare environment
