PRN Licensed Practical Nurse

Lyons, GA 30436 – Position: PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (Day Shift) – Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.

• Deliver patient-focused nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform assessments and accurately document patient encounters.
• Respond to sick call requests and urgent medical needs.
• Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote quality healthcare services while maintaining professional standards.

• Active Georgia LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Correctional, medical-surgical, or emergency nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to obtain facility security clearance.
