An LPN picking up shifts through Elite Medical Staffing at a group home may be expected to:

• Utilize EMRto record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident health status and promptly report significant changes in condition
• Provide direct nursing care and clinical support within scope of practice
• Assist with resident assessments and implementation of individualized care plans
• Accurately document medications, treatments, observations, and resident responses
• Collaborate with CNAs, medication aides, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers regarding resident needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in ICF/IID or related fields
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Active and unencumbered GA
  LPN License or Compact LPN License
• Government-Issued Photo  Passport
• CPR/BLS
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test
• DBHDD Fingerprints
• Flu Vaccine (during Flu season)
• Covid-19 Vaccine (religious/medical exemptions accepted)
