Location: Bolton

Job Summary

Registered Nurse – 12

Hr Afternoon–Evening shift. Capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred. Provides effective direct care as part of interdisciplinary team to complex patients, seeks and provides feedback for clinical improvement, assumes a beginning bedside leadership role and seeks mentoring. Member of VOICE shared governance, participates in VOICE councils, Nursing Quality Teams, Unit Council, and helps improve NDNQI nursing‑sensitive indicators, RN Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Culture of Safety, and Patient Experience data.

Works with team to recruit and retain a nursing care team.

New Graduate Clinical RN Focus

Focuses on developing knowledge and skills, shows growth in ability to care for increasingly complex patients, provides direct and safe patient care with the nursing process, coordinates care on shift to achieve clinical outcomes, consults with experienced clinicians, and accepts constructive feedback as professional development.

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
  • One year of professional RN experience. New graduate or less than one year referred to RN Residency Program.
Preferred Job Qualifications
  • National certification in clinical specialty.
  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
  • One year experience in Long Term Care.
  • Membership in a professional organization.

  • Use resources effectively to reduce waste.
  • Participate in PI processes.
  • Maintain and monitor work environment to ensure compliance with DNV regulations.
  • Coordinate discharge planning.
  • Contribute to culture of safety within the organization.
