Location: Baxley
Centurion Health is currently seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Appling Integrated Treatment Facility located in Baxley, Georgia. The LPN will be responsible for providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical staff.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, an LPN license, and CPR certification. The position requires availability as needed and the ability to pass security clearance checks.
