This is a full-time, on-site LPN role based in Louisville, GA. The individual in this position will support daily operations and patient services, following established clinical and organizational standards to ensure safe, high-quality care and strong customer service. Responsibilities may include collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, maintaining accurate documentation, communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, and assisting in implementing care plans or service processes.
The role involves adhering to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and ethical guidelines while contributing to a positive, respectful workplace culture. The LPN will be expected to participate in ongoing training, quality improvement initiatives, and teamwork efforts that enhance the overall performance of the facility.
