Location: Blue Ridge
Primecare Home Care is seeking a PRN LPN or RN to perform in-home supervisory visits for clients in assigned service areas. This flexible visit-based role allows you to pick visits based on availability and preference.
You will document findings to support regulatory compliance, quality of care, and client safety, traveling to client homes and ensuring plans of care are followed. Active GA LPN/RN license, BLS, driver’s license, and TB screening are required.
