- Provide addiction medicine, psychiatric or medical evaluation and treatment services
- Perform routine addiction medicine evaluations and psychopharmacologic treatment of patients at admission and ongoing, completing documentation of all evaluations and treatment visits on the day of the session and according to FRN documentation requirements
- Ensure timely meetings with patients and timely documentation of related notes
- Communicate with attending physicians, psychiatrists, and other team members regarding status and treatment of the patient
- Maintain professional and ethical relationships with patients and peers at all times
- Participate in weekly staff and clinical meetings
- Adhere to an after‑hour on‑call schedule as needed; rotate on‑call throughout the week with at least one weekend per month, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day; weekend on‑call from Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. Monday morning; additional on‑call paid at bonus rates
- Unencumbered State of Georgia Licensed NP, with expertise or interest in treating patients with co‑occurring and addictive disorders preferred
- Appropriate educational and board credentials as a Nurse Practitioner
- State of Georgia unencumbered NP license
- Relevant education and board credentials
