Adoration Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Dalton, GA team. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized hospice care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate end-of-life care.
The role requires an active GA RN license and strong communication with patients, families, and caregivers. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are expected for local visits.
