Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Performing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments.
- Monitoring patients during dialysis procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
- Completing medication reviews and administering medications as per physician orders.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensuring staffing levels meet requirements and adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Participating in staff meetings and ongoing education to maintain compliance and improve skills.
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, with dialysis nursing experience highly valued.
