Overview

Centurion is the provider of comprehensive services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are seeking a full-time Traveling Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Pulaski State Prison in Hawkinsville, GA. Our travelers are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees with opportunities throughout the country.

Short-Term/Travel Assignment | Licensed as RN in Georgia (or able to obtain) | Travel RNs assigned to Georgia earn up to $2,200/week including a non-taxed weekly stipend.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients, under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor, and in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

• Georgia RN license or the ability to obtain a license
• At least two (2) years of RN experience
• Must live 50 miles or more from the facility
• Must have open availability to travel throughout the state of Georgia as needed per contract needs
• Current CPR/BLS
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
