Willowbrook Hospice seeks a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to administer nursing care to terminally ill patients under physician orders and the IDG plan of care, under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
You will collaborate with the Nurse Case Manager, Director of Nursing, and the Interdisciplinary Team to provide hands-on care, coordinate pain and symptom management, support families, and ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life at end of life.
