We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical Intensive Infirmary (MII) team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville, Georgia.

The Medical Intensive Infirmary is a specialized unit that provides care for patients with complex medical and chronic healthcare needs. This role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy hands-on patient care, teamwork, and working in a structured, supportive clinical environment.

• Provide direct patient care in a specialty infirmary setting.
• Support patients with complex medical and chronic healthcare needs.
• Work alongside Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, physicians, and an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Structured environment with clear expectations, established workflows, and dedicated security support.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• One (1) year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, residential care, a physician practice, or correctional healthcare preferred.
• Current PPD documentation for tuberculosis screening.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain facility security clearance.
