Position Overview

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN. Provide personal nursing care to patients in real‑home settings across multiple locations:
Statham, Jefferson, Monroe.

Patient 1 –

Schedule:

Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00pm‑2:00am;

Location:

Statham 30666;
Age Range:
Adult;
Acuity:
Low, Feeding Tube.

Patient 2 –

Schedule:

Thursday/Friday 7:00am‑4:00pm;

Location:

Jefferson 30549;
Age Range:
Infant;
Acuity:
Low, Feeding Tube.

Patient 3 –

Schedule:

Monday/Thursday/Friday 8:00pm‑8:00am;

Location:

Monroe 30655;
Age Range:
Young Adult;
Acuity:
High, Trach/Vent.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days

• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred; 1 year required in GA
