Your Nursing Career Can Make a Difference.Southern Health Partners is looking for a Full Time LPN to join the healthcare team at Jefferson County Jail. This unique schedule offers a consistent rotation while giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.
You'll work alongside a dedicated medical team to provide quality care to patients while maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment.
What You'll Do- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the correctional facility
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Respond to medical needs and emergencies
- Communicate with healthcare providers and the medical team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe and therapeutic healthcare environment
- Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
