Seniors Helping Seniors is a non-medical in-home care company dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults. Our mission is to provide seniors with the ability to choose an independent lifestyle in their own homes for as long as possible, with the dignity and respect they deserve.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our team in a mobile role. This position offers flexibility to create your own schedule while managing clients and caregivers through onsite assessments and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their care needs.
• Manage and oversee the care provided by caregivers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
• Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure they meet the needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.
• Participate in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Oversee the implementation and evaluation of client care services.
• Participate in the review, analysis, and appraisal of the effectiveness of clients' care plans

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health/nursing home preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Compensation:

• $82 per client assessment plus mileage
• $45 per caregiver evaluation
• $45 an hour for all nursing tasks
• $25 an hour for nursing meetings
