Registered Nurse In Home Health
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in Home Health, where you'll provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes.
What You'll Be Doing- Coordinate and direct home nursing care according to physician's orders
- Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and LPNs/LVNs
- Conduct home visits and provide various types of patient care
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- Travel to patient homes within a 75-mile radius
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of adult home health or hospice experience
- Proficiency with Home Care Home Base
- Recent specialty experience in adult home health or hospice
- Proficiency in OASIS
- Willingness to travel up to 75 miles
