Licensed Practical Nurse
The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients within a long-term care population. Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medications, implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress. The LPN will work collaboratively with healthcare team members to promote safe and effective patient care. This position requires the ability to adapt to the needs of patients with complex and developmental care requirements.
