Job Shift: Day (6AM-6PM) with rotating weekend coverage (every other weekend)

Hours: 36 hours a week

Compensation: $29.00–$34.00 per hour; $1.00 weekend shift differential

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the scope of practice, under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care
• Follow established safety, security, and infection control protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• 2 years of experience in behavioral health, correctional, or ER settings
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license – Compact (MSL) or Georgia (SL) – must be active and valid
• Active and valid certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Ability to obtain security clearance through the GADOC, including drug screen and criminal background check
