The Retreat Nursing Home is looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) who take pride in providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

As a CNA at The Retreat, you will work closely with our nursing team to:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals

Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care

Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing staff

Assist with repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs

Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe resident environment

Accurately document care and services provided

Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights practices

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members

Dependability and a strong work ethic

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to provide care with patience, compassion, and professionalism

Commitment to protecting resident dignity, privacy, and rights

The Retreat is a 55-bed skilled nursing facility where our smaller size allows our staff to truly know the residents they care for. We value teamwork, consistency, and employees who want to be part of a strong resident-centered care team.
