Southern Health Partners is currently seeking a Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team at the Rabun County Jail in Georgia. This role offers a consistent Sunday schedule in a structured healthcare environment where your clinical judgment, professionalism, and compassion help deliver quality care to an underserved population.

Correctional nursing provides a unique opportunity to practice a wide range of skills while working in a setting that is organized, secure, and team focused.

  6:30AM – 5:00PM

• Conducting sick call triage
• Performing health assessments, histories, and physicals (H&Ps)
• Administering and documenting medication pass
• Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the medical team
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation and compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure continuity of care
