** Job Overview**:

Outdoor Adventure Retreats is seeking a dedicated Maintenance & Landscaping Team Member to assist with the upkeep and beautification of our RV park, golf course, and clubhouse at Wanee Lake Golf & RV Park. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy working with their hands.

** Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and watering

- Assist with landscaping projects to enhance the overall appearance of the property

- Repair and maintain equipment and facilities as needed

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

** Requirements**:

- Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping preferred

- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

** Salary**: $10 to $12 per hour based on experience. Expected 25-35 hours per week.
