Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Grounds Horticulturist to maintain resort outdoor areas at Big Cedar Lodge. You will plant, prune, fertilize, and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns while monitoring plant health and supporting irrigation activities.
The role requires 2–3 years in horticulture or related fields, and a valid Missouri “E” or Arkansas “P” driver’s license. Certifications in horticulture, pesticides, or arboriculture are preferred. Outdoor work in varying weather is expected.
