Crabapple Landscap Experts is growing! For over 30 years, we have been one of Atlanta's top locally owned landscape companies, providing high-quality landscape maintenance services to HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, and commercial properties throughout Metro Atlanta.

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who enjoys leading a team, maintaining beautiful properties, and growing their career with a strong company.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew
• Maintain commercial properties with high-quality standards
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
• Inspect properties to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
• Drive company vehicles and properly maintain equipment
• Communicate daily updates with Operations Managers
• Complete timesheets, inspections, and daily reports

What You Need:

• 4+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Experience leading a crew or supervising team members
• Knowledge of mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and plant care
• Experience using 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)
• Valid driver's license (21+ required);
  Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be completed
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
