You Will- Lead and supervises groups and individuals in outdoor recreation programs and adventure activities, ensuring their safety and teaching skills and techniques
- Educate guests on safety, wildlife, and park features
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support the creation of innovative guest experiences
- Designs outdoor activity programs, learning resources, and deliver training sessions
- Confidence in leading groups and communicating clearly
- A passion for outdoor adventure and environmental stewardship
- Reliability, initiative, and a guest-first mindset
- A dynamic, outdoor-focused work environment
