• Communicate effectively with management to understand clients needs and provide solutions.
• Manage equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and route planning for efficient service delivery as needed.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment among crew members.

• Proven experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care techniques, and equipment operation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
