• Lead daily non-clinical operations to ensure exceptional client service, efficient workflows, and high-quality patient support
• Hire, onboard, schedule, and develop support staff; set clear goals and coach for performance and engagement
• Manage labor planning, timekeeping oversight, and compliance with scheduling policies
• Oversee budgeting, financial accuracy, and reporting; monitor revenue, cost controls, and KPIs
• Direct inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships; ensure accurate charge capture and billing practices
• Maintain facility standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance; ensure all professional licenses and permits remain current
• Partner closely with the medical team to align operations with clinical priorities and client experience goals
• Investigate and resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Support weekend or holiday coverage as needed to meet hospital demands

• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of office management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role; healthcare or veterinary setting preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and practice-management or related software
• Proven leadership, communication, and change-management skills with a track record of team development
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and strategic planning ability
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment with animals and common clinic materials; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
• CVPM or MHA preferred; ability to maintain any applicable Georgia credentials and adhere to state regulatory requirements relevant to the role
