Location: Dacula
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries in small animals, ranging from minor infections to serious conditions
- Performing routine care, such as vaccinations, parasite prevention (flea, tick, heartworm), and annual wellness exams
- Conducting surgical procedures, including spaying, neutering, soft tissue surgery, and sometimes emergency C-sections, Splenectomies etc.
- Providing emergency and critical care for trauma, poisoning, or acute illnesses
- Dental care, including cleanings, extractions, and treatment of oral diseases
- Behavioral guidance, helping pet owners manage training and behavioral issues
- Diagnostic imaging, such as X-rays, and ultrasounds,
- Humane euthanasia when necessary, ensuring the process is compassionate
Georgia, working as a veterinarian (including in small animal clinics) requires a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, state licensure, and compliance with continuing education and regulatory rules.
